This spacious property has a grill on the front deck if you want to enjoy your meals overlooking the lake setting or a grill in the back if you want to hang out around the fire playing a game of volleyball or corn hole and even a classic game called Hammer Schlager. This property has amazing views, a private setting, and a brand new local winery just a few minutes walking distance away (Winery North of 12). It is about 1/3 of a mile walk. There are multiple Wineries within a 5-10 minute drive as well (Aeronautic Winery, and Cherry Creek Winery) and all of them have live music on the weekends with great bands or just a solo guitar/ singer usually at the Winery by us. The lake provides great fishing, Kayaking, paddle boarding or just hanging out in the middle of the lake on your boat. Welcome to our lake cottage located at Vineyard lake in Brooklyn Mi. It has all the comforts of home with a few extras that will make your vacation relaxing and memorable. As you pull into the property, the front yard is front and center of a scenic view here on Vineyard lake. Located on a dead end street, it is quiet and serene and ready for you and your family to come and enjoy. With a large fire pit, hot tub and lake at hand, you will find it easy to enjoy this cottage all through the day and into the night time. As you come into the cottages' entrance, you will notice that the gathering area is large enough for all of your shoes, coats and some overflow too. If thats not enough space, you can store your lake toys in the attached garage for safe keeping, as it is there for your convenience as well....Enter the living area and you see the floor plan that is large and open for engaged activity with all your guests to enjoy, and with a fireplace to set the stage. The Galley style kitchen is equipped with all of the basics you should need in order to cook and clean along your stay. Although we can't be sure to provide everything, we do understand that having some of the basics is paramount to a wonderful vacation. There is a balcony off the master bedroom and deck off the main level for a spectacular lake view. Off the finished basement there is a hot tub that also provides lake front view. We have three full bathrooms, one on each level, tv in master bedroom and family room and pool table in basement. For fun in the water we have a volleyball net, lots of dock for boat storage and raft to swim out to. There is a picnic table down by the water front and bonfire pit for roasting marshmallows. We have enjoyed our home for years and hope it brings lots of fun and good memories for your family!!
